General Terms and Conditions
1. Society Corporate Partnerships have a term of one year, commencing on January 1st
2. The annual fee for Corporate Partnership is payable each January
3. During each one-year term, the annual fee for Corporate Partnership will be fixed
4. During each one-year term, the Terms & Conditions will be binding on both parties (the Corporate Partner and the Society), and may only be altered by mutual consent (except under the circumstance described in General Terms & Condition 7 below)
5. The annual fees for Corporate Partnership will be reviewed by the Society each year and may be changed
6. The Terms & Conditions for Corporate Partnership will be reviewed by the Society each year and may be changed
7. If a Corporate Partner wishes to change to a higher partnership tier during an existing one year Partnership, the existing Corporate Partnership agreement may be terminated and a new one-year Partnership agreed

BENEFITS OF CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP
GOLD CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP
1. 6 Associate Memberships of the Society
2. Company participation in the Annual Senior Corporate Partners’ Dinner, hosted by the Society Executive
3. Entitlement to sponsor (at additional cost) one or more of the following:
a. Named sponsorship of a symposium at the Annual Congress. Partners will be involved in organization of the symposium; content to be discussed with and approved by congress organizing committee
b. Named Research Fellowship. Any Company that opts for a sponsorship of a one year named Research Fellowship, awarded each year to a young Society member through an annual open competition, will be invited to participate in the Fellow’s Symposium held at the Annual Congress
4. First choice of available exhibition stand space at the Annual Congress and other BTS events to be offered jointly to all Gold Corporate partners. In the event of a lack of agreement, a list of order of choice will be made by drawing lots and the list reversed the following year
5. A one-to-one meeting each year with the BTS executive
6. Acknowledgement in the Annual Congress Abstract Book or CD
7. Acknowledgment on all programmes
8. Background slide at the Congress acknowledging all Corporate Partners

SILVER CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP
1. 4 Associate Memberships of the Society
2. Entitlement to sponsor (at additional cost):
a. Named Research Fellowship. Any Company that opts for a sponsorship of a one year named Research Fellowship, awarded each year to a young Society member through an annual open competition, will be invited to participate in the Fellow’s Symposium held at the Annual Congress
