1. Society Corporate Partnerships have a term of three years, commencing on January 1st.
2. The annual fee for Corporate Partnership is payable each January
3. During each three year term, the annual fee for Corporate Partnership will be fixed at the first year level
4. During each three year term, the Terms & Conditions will be binding on both parties (the Corporate Partner and the Society), and may only be altered by mutual consent (except under the circumstance described in General Terms & Condition 7)
5. The annual fees for Corporate Partnership will be reviewed by the Society each year and may be changed
6. The Terms & Conditions for Corporate Partnership will be reviewed by the Society each year and may be changed
7. If a Corporate Partner wishes to change to a higher partnership tier during an existing three year Partnership, the existing Corporate Partnership agreement may be terminated and a new three-year Partnership agreed. The Terms & Conditions and annual fees for the new Partnership will be those in effect at the time the new three-year term is commenced.
